CMC Markets Learning Cube

This was a small PaperVision site to show all the various courses that you can go on to learn about Financial Markets & Spread Betting. The user can maniplate the PaperVision cube to look at the different faces. The Cube then transforms into a rectangle and the areas of the face explain content in more detail.

Disney Festive 5 Vote

This was a small microsite to compliment the on-air promo where viewers are prompted to go on-line and vote for thier favourite Disney Channel Programme (from a choice of 5). The winning programmes were then shown all day on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

This microsite which showed off the nominations for this years Disney properties and directed them to the BAFTA Kids site to place their votes. Disney cleaned up winning 3 out of 4 awards for Hannah Montana (best TV & Film) and Club Penguin for the best web site of the year.

One of my favourite projects of the year, the green screen footage was filmed on location at Teddington Studios and featured the presenters of Playhouse Disney’s Bedtime hour introducing a multitude of learning activites, videos, downloads, songs and much more.

This site is a XML driven re-usable PDF viewer. The client can upload pages from a magazine into the player and then browse the pages using the mouse. Navigation can be from the contents panel, page flip or buy key selection.

This was a XML template homepage I scripted for CMC to roll out across various global markets. Each market can simply change the content, icons, copy, videos and hedlines by altering the XML feed. This has so far been rolled out in UK, Australia, Ireland and Sweden.

This is a real-time simulator where users can hedge thier bets against real market data. Points can be allocated per point shift and then the margins allocated. In a 2 minute period you can buy and sell and you see fit to see how you would fair in the real world situation.

Client: Reading Agency

The Summer Reading Challenge is the largest UK reading promotion for young people aged 4-11 years and is organised by The Reading Agency. It is run in public libraries during the school holidays and each year takes a different theme. The 2009 Summer Reading Challenge will be the 11th annual challenge, inviting children all over the UK to embark on a fantastical adventure and become a Quest Seeker. The site features a host of games, author information and blogs, jokes and messages to name but a few.
